Abstract

This thesis comprises of latest Animal and Human researches, covering various dimensions of cardiovascular divisions like- Electrophysiology, Interventional cardiology, Preventive cardiology and Epidemiology.
Independent potential risk factors for Atrial fibrillation include Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease. Globally AF has been linked to higher rates of mortality and morbidity as well as lower Qality of Life (QoL). Investigating the relationship between AF in swine's with DM,CKD, Klotho deficiency, is the major goal in animal studies. The research has also gained further insights into the pathophysiology as how sympathetic and parasympathetic activity affect the occurrence of AF in these swine models. The clinical researches discussed in this thesis addressed the early detection and latest strategies for the management of Acute Coronary Syndrome, Hypertension and severe Aortic Regurgitation especially with Multi-Detector Computer Tomography (MDCT) guided Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement(TAVR).
